...make a gd Act of Contrition begging God to forgive all our sins an promising to change our lives an to not want to sin again...
Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, who art all good and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve with the help of Thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen
An ask God to miraculously give us Holy Communion an believe He can Spiritually.
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
If we do these things we start life over...like re- baptism.. All our past sins r gone. Wen the churches reopen we need to go to a gd confession an go to Mass to receive Holy Communion...that is the requirement. Plz take advantage of these beautiful graces today.
